Our Vision

" Peace is what every human being craves, and it can be brought about by humanity through the child"

Our Goals

  • To promote and encourage the optimum intellectual, social, physical, spiritual and economic development of children through a contemporary Montessori approach to education for children from 3 months to 5 years.
  • To maintain fully inclusive Montessori Schools that do not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, creed, sexual preference, gender, national/ethnic origins or ability in either its admission or employment policies. We fully support the ‘Every Disabled Child Matters’ campaign.
  • To provide and maintain well-equipped, safe, and purposeful learning environments, staffed with trained and caring personnel for all families in the Newmarket, Red Lodge and Haverhill areas and surrounding communities.
  • To educate the community as to the value of the Montessori philosophy of education and act as a resource within the broader professional educational network.

We embrace the Early Years Foundation Stage framework 2017.

We would welcome the opportunity to show you and your child around our nursery schools and you will see why the children are ‘Excited about learning, excited about life’!

"We will never be able to express how much Colourbox Montessori, and especially our son's teacher, have meant to us all as a family. Thanks to your constant efforts Aidan is well prepared for school and for future learning"

Jo Ferreira

"Our daughter chooses to go to Colourbox over having a day off - giving us reassurance about the decision we made over 3 years ago when she first started. Her primary school has a huge act to follow! We will be very sad to move on but we do so knowing that Gabriella has the background to do well. Thank you Colourbox!"

Rebecca Wilson

"Having started in The Nest right through to The Ocean room we are genuinely sad to be at the end of Archie's Colourbox journey. We knew nothing about Montessori at first, but we couldn't be more thrilled with the amazing start that it has given him."
